from self expression to collective creativity
Next to her contribution to the core team, Manuela will offer Social Presencing Theater (SPT) as a practice. Through simple movements we become more aware of the social field we all create. As a daily practice we'll witness the shifts from individual self expression to collective creativity. SPT is an art form and social method that sharpens self-inquiry and systemic views on social change. It was developed by choreographer, performer and educator Arawana Hayashi and scholar Otto Scharmer. It is not ‘theater’ in the conventional sense, instead it offers a blank stage for simple body postures and movements to dissolve limiting concepts, to access intuition, and to make visible both current reality, and the deeper – often invisible – points for creating profound change and future possibilities. SPT evokes the unspoken. It activates and brings together our knowing-body, with group intelligence and creative expression.

Core Team and Facilitator

I am a facilitator and guide for transformational experiences in groups, organizations and for individuals. I am working with various unconventional techniques that hold community at the center and include embodiment, creativity and nature. As host of Collaboration Incubators I facilitate synergetic connections, trust and building intimacy. As Dragon Dreaming trainer, I inspire leaders of activism, art and community projects for a new culture of collaboration. Through Vision Quests I guide rites of passage in nature. With Bodyloops I’m exploring a playful and creative connection to human bodies and how to translate that into a cooperative franchise organisation. As Social Presencing Theater practitioner I connect people beyond words with their original sane creative nature.
