Silly Sensuality Sofa Yoga
What hidden pleasure lies within our daily domestic landscape? Where can a simple shift in awareness open the doors to an infinite creative sensuality? How can silliness help us to discover new ways of accessing our erotic energy? With Silly Sensuality Sofa Yoga we will explore all this plus more, or to say it in other words: we will co-create a safe place to explore the lost art of couch grinding, furniture frottage and table-top tantra. To warm up to a free flow Sensual Furniture Contact Improv we will start with principles of blissbody self massage and continue exploring within the domestic landscape of chairs, doors, walls tables, how we can use friction and gravity as our lover to allow ourselves to explore sensual pleasure with our whole body. Soft Stretchy clothes are recomended for the maximum friction effects and an openness to being awkward and silly.
Playful Pleasure Quests
Being playful and creative with what is available to me in any circumstance is what keeps me finding joy wherever i go. Combining playfulness with a quest for pleasure, makes it ever so much better. For this edition of Touch & Play “learning to Stumble” I would liek to seed quests or invitations to find pleasure playfully in different forms around the environment. These could be simple signs with a written instructions, Illustrations or props, toys, a playful arrangement of chairs, matresses etc that invites to playfulness. Rather than promise a specific play installation, I would work in situ the days before the festival and allow for what playful pleasure wants to em- merge. As part of this effort to invite to more Playful Pleasure experiences in the in betweens of the program i will no doubt bring a big bag of bodyloops, balloons, big stretchy fabric and other bits and bobs.
